He regularly works with the BBC Natural History Unit and has now completed over 50 extended filming expeditions to the rainforest. |

Grant Harris CAL Director Grant started his career in arboriculture at Merristwood College and was resident arborist at Oxford University's arboretum. Working on film and canopy science projects, he has found the perfect way to combine a love for climbing trees and rigging. He now lives in Melbourne, Australia and works as an arborist and rope access technician. |

Vicki Tough Project Manager Vicki Graduated from The University of Glasgow with BSc in Zoology. Growing up in the Highlands of Scotland she developed a love for ecology and exploration. Pursuit of these interests has lead her around the world. She has been contributing to research and zoological expeditions in the Ecuadorian Amazon, the Caribbean, Australia and most recently, Iceland. |

Waldo Etherington Cal Instructor Growing up in rural Dorset Waldo has been an avid tree climber from an early age. Through training with CAL he has found a way to pursue this path professionally. Since climbing the tallest tropical trees in the world, Canopy Exploration has become Waldo's passion. He is an arborist and tree inspector whilst at home in the UK. |

Ben Jones CAL Instructor Ben started his career as a climber working for a commercial tree surgery company. Since then, he has worked at The National Arboretum, Westonbirt from 2003. Ben manages to combine his passion for climbing and plants, with recent seed collecting trips to Morocco, and more recently as part of a collaborative trip to Chile between the Forestry Commission, Wakehurst Place, Kew and the Millennium Seed Bank.
