Canopy Experiences
CAL provides a variety of one day climbing activities both abroad and in the UK to give you the chance to have a go and explore this exciting high frontier first hand for yourselves.

Operation Wallacea Honduras and Sulawesi
Students joining the Op Wall expeditions to Honduras and Sulawesi now have the opportunity to get involved in our climbing experiences. The climbing team moves on a weekly rota between three field sites within the Cusuco National Park. An afternoons training on ropes furnishes you with the skills required to make a dawn ascent into the canopy the following morning to watch the sunrise.

Please contact Alex Tozer at Operation Wallacea HQ for more information or Click on their logo below to visit the specific canopy access activity page on the Op Wall website.

Kids Canopy Experiences in the UK
These are fun days designed to inspire and educate. Open to children between 5 and 12 years old. They are hoisted up into the canopy of a British tree where they are met by a CAL climber who tells them a little bit about what makes the canopy such a magical place.

Canopy Climbing Experiences in the UK
For those over 16 years old who want to learn to climb the ropes unassisted by a chair hoist. A mornings rope training culminating in a picnic lunch in the canopy followed by an afternoon of canopy exploring. A great introduction to life in the trees!

We can tailor design an activity programme to suit any age; interest or location. Please get in touch with any canopy query you may have!
