CAL regularly works in remote filming locations, far from vehicle access. Camera support systems therefore need to be light weight and adaptable without compromising image stability. We are specialists in designing and rigging a variety of aerial systems capable of moving manned and remote cameras around at height in a safe and controlled manner.
Sometimes it is not just the cameras and operators that need to go aloft. CAL has also been responsible for the location safety at height for numerous presenters including Sir David Attenborough and Bruce Parry.
With our technical rigging experience and expertise we can help you to access another dimension in film making possibilities.
CAL is able to offer the following specialist camera services:-
Installation of Elevated Filming Platforms; Cable Cam rigging and operation; Vertical Tracking shots; Safety Support for presenter lead pieces; HD Camera Operation; Aerial Work Positions and Fall Prevention systems for cameramen; Safety Consultation and Risk Assessment.
